Shipping fees

UAE: AED 31 for standard delivery, or AED 51 for the Western Region. The UAE delivery fee is paid in cash to the courier on delivery, so it is not charged at checkout.

GCC: from AED 60, based on the destination and the weight of your order. The exact fee is shown and paid at checkout.

If you are not sure which area you are in, contact us before placing your order.

Processing and delivery times

• In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Some bags need 7–14 business days of production from confirmed payment. This is shown on the product page before you order.
• UAE delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• GCC delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
• During busy periods, processing can take longer. We will let you know if your order is delayed.

You will receive a message when your order is out for delivery.

Address changes

Please check your shipping details carefully. Address changes must be requested before your order is dispatched.
